When you lease your business tech equipment with finloup you don’t just enjoy financial benefits, but you can also use your devices carefree!

The f-insurance program offers you coverage in case of damage without any extra cost.

Warranty

Every device you lease from finloup comes with the manufacturer’s warranty, which covers any software and hardware issues that may occur.

Also, the used devices you lease are checked by The Fixers' team, which ensures the proper operation of the devices (battery, camera, buttons, connectivity, etc) and provides a good operation guarantee for the entire duration of the leasing plan.

If there is any dysfunctionality that hasn’t been caused by misuse, the repair of the device is covered.

Coverage in case of damage

f-insurance covers one (1) repair of the device in case of damage, within 12 months.

If the products are damaged beyond normal use (e.g. broken screen or water), the guarantee deposit you paid at the start of the lease is used to repair them, and any extra cost is paid by finloup.

The cost of the second (2nd) repair is covered completely by the client.

Replacement device

f-insurance includes a temporary replacement device, for as long as it takes to repair the device you lease.

The temporary device we offer you has the same or similar characteristics as the device you lease.

iPhone battery capacity

Regarding the battery capacity of the used iPhone models:

  • You receive the phone with a minimum battery capacity of 85%.

  • If you receive a device with a battery capacity of less than 85% we immediately replace the device without any cost.

  • If the battery capacity decreases to a point in which the phone gets dysfunctional (i.e if the battery falls quickly after full charging) and there are no signs of misuse (i.e. inflation) we immediately replace the device without any cost.

The device is considered dysfunctional when:

    • The battery falls to a very low level just a few minutes after charging (i.e. 100% --> 30%).

    • The device cannot be switched on or stay on due to the battery.

  • When you return your device, you are not charged for battery replacement (unless there are signs of misuse, i.e. inflation).
