To do that, email us at [email protected] to let us know you want to return the device so we can terminate your subscription if you wish to terminate your leasing plan. Then, follow the steps below.
Return your device to finloup
Via ACS courier
Return the device(s) to factory settings. If you return the equipment to be repaired, it is necessary to turn off the Find My Device feature from the Apple devices by removing the device from your www.icloud.com account. Otherwise, we cannot proceed with any actions to repair the device/devices:

Pack the device(s) with all its accessories.
Go to the nearest ACS store.
Choose the receiver charge so that the shipment is billed to us.

Once we receive the device, we will complete the technical check and let you know about the termination of your plan.
