How do I return my device to finloup?

Time to return your device? Well, either you're upgrading to the next model, or you're terminating your leasing, we are glad you enjoyed it!

We have set a process to return the device as easily as possible, so we can send it off to its next user.

First of all, send us an email at [email protected] to let us know you want to return the device so we can freeze your billing, in case you wish to terminate your leasing plan. Then follow the steps below.

Returning your device to finloup

Via ACS courier

  • Return the device(s) to factory settings.

  • Then pack the device(s) with all its accessories.

  • Go to the nearest ACS store.

  • Choose the receiver charge so that the shipment is billed to us.

  • Use the following recipient details: ACS branch in Koukaki, Peiraios 193, Athens 118 53, for FINLOUP AE, tel. 6952311266, [email protected].

Once we receive the device, we will complete the technical check and let you know about the termination of your plan.

❗Important note: Please send us the tracking number of the package.

Via Box Now

  • Return the device(s) to factory settings.

  • Then pack the device(s) with all its accessories.

  • We will send you a prepaid BoxNow shipping label. You'll need to print it and put it in an obvious place on the package.

  • Go to the nearest BoxNow point, enter the code that is printed on the label, and drop the package in the locker.

Once we receive the device, we will complete the technical check and let you know about the termination of your plan.

❗Important note: Please let us know via email if you want to use BoxNow to return the device(s), so we can send you the prepaid shipping label.
