We are sorry something like that happened to you 😔

In case the equipment is stolen or lost, the following apply:

finloup is not responsible and does not offer additional insurance against loss/theft/total destruction.

If your equipment is stolen/lost/destroyed, you will need to compensate finloup with an amount that does not exceed the cost of 20 monthly payments.

If your reimbursable guarantee deposit has not been used in full for any repairs, the remainder is deducted from the compensation cost.
